June WIPocalypse

Is it really summer already....  in my little piece of the world we went from nothing but rain to full blown HOT summer.  But no complaining here I am loving watching my garden get its start.  My 3 teenage kids are on the go all the time its hard to keep track of them.  Though they always call and ask whats for dinner!!!  LOL

Okay on to what you are here to hear about.  June WIPocalypse  Once a month popping on to update our stitching and answer a question.

So I have my two monthy charts I do every month.  Here they are... A Year of Celebration then Quote of the Month by Stoney Creek.

For the month of June and July I am choosing to do a focus project that I stitch on everyday.  I am doing the Harry Potter Project I have.  I started out doing it 2 over 2 but switched to 1 over 1.  This could now be my most challenging project.  I sometimes only put in 10 mins a day but I am at least working on it.  Here is what it will look like and then where I am on it.

I did a lot of other stitching this month because of a group called 24 Hours of Cross Stitch on Facebook.

Anyway I am planning to continue the Harry Potter for my July focus piece.  If you would like to check out other post on the WIPocalypse go here

The question this month is Half-year recap:  How are you doing with your goals so far this year?
I believe I am on target for most of what I have planned for this year.

So until next month....keep on stitching.

Well done for keeping up with your goal so far this year. Your new Harry Potter start is lovely and must seem tiny stitching over one. I've stitched the four individual House Crests but nothing with them all together. Tempting though! Looking forward to seeing more of this. :)

Harry Potter is coming along nicely, that will be a beautiful one when finished! I'm looking forward to seeing it come together.
